Privacy policy

The short version

The dossier check and the rental application builder run entirely in your browser. Your answers, financial details and generated letters stay on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted — to us or any third party.

What we process

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve the site securely.
• Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It measures aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, country, device type) and a few product events (which tools are used, which outbound links are clicked) without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without collecting personal data or device fingerprints.
• Advertising. We currently display no advertising.
• Payments. Paid products are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. When you buy, Paddle handles your payment details — we never receive or store your card information.
• Local save. The rental application builder saves what you type in your browser’s local storage, so a refresh doesn’t lose your draft. It stays on your device, never leaves it (not to us, not to any third party), and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.

What we do not do

No accounts, no newsletters, no tracking pixels of our own, no selling of data. The site sets no cookies of its own.
