The service

Rental Dossier provides free, informational tools and guides for people renting a home in Switzerland, and one optional paid product (the Complete Application Pack). The interactive tools run in your browser; your answers are not uploaded to us.

Not legal advice

All content is general information, not legal, financial or immigration advice. Rules, fees and procedures change — always confirm details with the official sources we link to, or a qualified professional, before you rely on them.

Purchases and payment

Paid products are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who is the seller of record for the transaction. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase in addition to these terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Your content and ours

The documents you generate (your cover letter and application pack) are yours to use freely. The website itself — its text, design and tools — remains the property of the site operator and may not be copied or redistributed wholesale.

No warranty and liability

The site and tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that using them will result in a successful rental application, and we are not liable for decisions made by landlords, agencies or any third party.

Operator, changes and contact
