The free tools and guides on this site cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund there. This policy covers the optional paid product (the Complete Application Pack).

If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a detailed reason.

How to request a refund

Paid products are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• reply to the purchase receipt you received from Paddle, or
• contact us via the contact page with your Paddle order reference.

We will approve eligible refunds and Paddle will return the payment to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Digital products

Our paid product is digital and delivered immediately. The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless of immediate delivery.
